It is manufactured in our own facilities and transported folded, occupying the space of a standard container, which simplifies shipping and storage. Once at the destination site, it is assembled on a previously prepared base. All of this significantly shortens timelines compared with traditional construction.
The production period is approximately 20 days. No more than five workers are required for installation.
There are various available models that allow the structure to expand from 12.9 square meters to 36 square meters. The design makes it possible to adjust the overall size, with larger versions and greater floor areas available according to the client’s needs.

Made from galvanized steel and EPS panels (a lightweight insulating foamed plastic material placed between layers of other materials, often metal), they provide efficient thermal insulation, are resistant to water and fire, and include a ten-year structural warranty.
The walls are built with 50 mm insulation panels, improving indoor comfort and energy savings. The anti-corrosion coating complies with international manufacturing standards.
The design allows for functional areas such as a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Basic equipment includes a sink, shower, toilet, and high-resistance PVC flooring, a more robust and durable type of plastic (polyvinyl chloride). Components come pre-installed, simplifying assembly. The doors and windows are made from steel-plastic materials. The electrical and water systems are also ready for direct connection.
